Town of Amalga 6590 North 2400 West Amalga, UT 84335 (435) 563-3039 Notice is hereby given that the Amalga Town council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Amalga Town Hall, 6590 North 2400 West, Amalga, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Welcome / Pledge of allegiance. 2. Roll call. 3. Approve minutes from prior council meeting. 4. Public Comments 5. Sheriff's report. 6. Sherry Norton wants to speak about the Women Rights to Vote act. 7. Sid Munk wants to address the speed limit on 2400 W and pot hole concerns on 5900 N. 8. Jerry Munk is wanting an update on the boundary agreement of the south side of 5800 N. 9. Update on progress of pavilion at Sugar Park. 10. Discuss/approve Precision Power Incorporated to service the pumphouse generator. 11. Discuss/approve Matt Regen to be the new CPA for the town. 12. Pass a resolution to cancel the Municipal General Election on November 5, 2019. 13. Council reports: a. Paul Hansen b. Shawn Hansen c. Julio Vega d. Howard Kunz 14. Mayor's Report. 15.
