- NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 09, 2019 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Resolution 2019-10 - A Resolution Certifying Wellington City to Obtain a Grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development for Assistance with a New Public Safety Vehicle for the Wellington City Fire Department 4. Wellington City Sewer Improvement Project PER & ER - Review and Approval 5. Clint's Mobile Service & Towing - Exempt Home Occupation Request at 220 East Rail Road Ave. Zoned R-1-7. 6. Betty Rich - Sewer Line Adjustments 7. Matrix Cheer - Gymnasium Room Rental Request 8. Vouchers and Warrants 9. Councilmember Reports 10. Price River Water Improvement Board Updates 11.
