A briefing session will be held at 5:30 pm in the conference room and is open to the public. I. CALL TO ORDER AND OVERVIEW OF MEETING PROCEDURES - Chairman Raymond Rounds II. SPECIAL ITEMS A. A. Consideration of Application to Allow Small Scale Manufacturing in the City Center Core Subdistrict as a Conditional Use and Set Date for Public Hearing B.
