- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL BE HOLDING THEIR REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2019, BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. REPORT OF BOARD - COMMITTEE'S GUY BRINKERHOFF, MARGENE STEVENS, JOY PARTRIDGE, JOE TAYLOR, CLARK MORTENSEN VII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Joe Taylor - Metal Storage Container Placement at 770 South Main Street 2. Guy Brinkerhoff - Metal Storage Container Placement at 143 South 100 West 3. Review and Revise Hinckley Town Code, Title 10, Chapter 7, Light Industrial 4. Review and Revise Hinckley Town Code, Title 10, Chapter 8, Agricultural Zone VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1.
