- IVINS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AMENDED AGENDA October 1, 2019 435-628-0606 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 commencing at 5:30 P.M. Note: The order of items discussed on this Agenda is subject to change. 1) WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Flag Salute C. Invocation D. Disclosures 2) REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS -- A. Concept Plan Report for Mojave Mesa, located at approximately Hwy 91 and Earl Road. Teancum Properties, LLC-Owner. AnA Enterprises, LLC-Applicant. 3) BUSINESS LICENSES -None 4) PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS-None 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS- A. Discuss and consider amending Density Allowances for Multi-Family Development. B. Discuss and consider approval of the Ivins City Planning Commission Minutes for September 3rd and September 17th, 2019. 6) REPORTS A. Planning Commission B. Chairman C. Building and Zoning Administrator, Mike Rodriguez D. City Attorney, Dale Coulam E.
