- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 17th day of September 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember L. Bytheway - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 3, 2019 2. New Business - Resolution 19-08 ' A Resolution Cancelling Clarkston Town's 2019 Municipal Election' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - 2020 Meeting Schedule/Holidays - Water Meter Reader - Mayor's Association Information Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Rivers Council Update - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - October Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - October 1, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
