CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2019 @ 3:00PM COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS CITY HALL COMMUNITY ROOM 2277 EAST BENGAL BLVD COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, UT 84121 A. OPENING - 3:00 - 3:05 i. Greg Summerhays will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council. ii. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the meeting minutes of Wednesday, August 21st. B. CAPACITY COMMITTEE - 3:05 -- 3:10 i. Vice Chair Dr. Kelly Bricker will provide an update on the progress of the Capacity Committee. C. MILLCREEK CANYON SHUTTLE COMMITTEE - 3:10 -- 3:15 i. Stakeholder Brian Hutchinson will provide an update on the progress of the Millcreek Canyon Committee. D. CWC STAFF REPORT - 3:25 -- 3:30 i. CWC Executive Director Ralph Becker will provide a brief overview of the work CWC staff accomplished or made progress with during August and September. E. OPEN DISCUSSION F. CWNCRA COMMENT AND DISCUSSION FORUM i. Formal public meeting will shift to a small group facilitated discussion about the latest draft of the Central Wasatch National Conservation and Recreation Area Act. G. ADJOURNMENT - 5:00 CERTIFICATE OF POSTING At or before 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16th 2019, the undersigned does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda and agenda was (1) posted at either the CWC's principal office or at the building where the meeting is to be held; (2) posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63F-1-701; and (3) provided to The Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent. Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed. Members of the Stakeholders Council may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
