NEW BUSINESS:
- Jerry Steglich would like to discuss with the P&Z committee plans to tear down the old 3-M Market on his property at 130 E. Hwy 43 and construct a short term rental along with a conference room on site with a possible gym inside.
- David Greco will be presenting plans for a deck on his property at 284 E. 2nd North.
- Martin Pierce would like to talk with the Planning and Zoning on at lot line adjustment at 245 E. Stateline Road.
- Brian Nelson recently purchased the vacant lot South of his property on 510 E. 2nd North he has had it surveyed and would like to combine the lots.
- Nick Kiser has applied for a conditional use permit to have temporary living quarters on his property on 72 North 4th E. for use incidental to construction work on his RV Park. Per town ordinance.
