NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Update on Building Improvements at Approximately 178 South Main, Jolyn Chappell 4) Report on Rural Economic Summit Sept. 2-3, 2019, Cedar City 5) Discuss Conditional Use Permit Application for Multiple Family Dwellings at Approximately 425 No. 100 W., Martha Larsen, Jerry Larsen and Nicholas Larsen ~ Councilmember Rod Taylor 6) Review of Existing Sidewalks with Prioritize of Sidewalks that need Maintenance/Replacement with Proposed Approval ~ Mayor Nay 7) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Monday, July 29, 2019 8) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 9) Future Items 10) Closed Session 11) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
