- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL BE HOLDING THEIR REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2019, BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. MATT EKINS - ZONING APPLICATION CHANGE - AGRICULTURE (AG) TO RESIDENTIAL (R1) PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 600 N MAIN STREET VII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS VIII. ADJOURNMENT The undersigned duly appointed secretary hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing agenda was emailed to the Chronicle Progress newspaper in Delta, Utah, emailed to each member of the Governing Body, as well as being posted at the Hinckley Town Post Office, advertisement board located at 12 E 500 N, and Hinckley Town Office on or before this 3rd day of September 2019.
