- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 3rd day of September 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember R. Thompson - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held August 6, 2019 2. New Business - Tayler Jensen - County Wide Planner - Ordinance 19-05 'An Ordinance Establishing Clarkston Town Rules and Regulations For Personal Use of Public Property' - Resolution 19-07 ' A Resolution Appointing A Neighborhood Watch Chair Person for the Town of Clarkston' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - 2020 Meeting Schedule/Holidays - Community Center Multiple Use Discussion Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Rivers Council Update - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - August Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - September 17, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
