- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, September 12, 2019 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 9 acres of property located at approximately 2400 South and Highway 89 to a mix of General Commercial (GC-1) and Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M-1) and to amend the General Plan to include a General Commercial designation for a portion of the property. 2. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 10.9 acres of property located at approximately 2680 South and Highway 89 to Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M-1). 3. Consideration of an amendment to Mapleton City Code Chapter 17.24.080 amending the water dedication requirements for new subdivisions. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
