Pledge of Allegiance and Prayer. b. Public comments. c. Administration of Oath of Office for Fire Marshal Golden Barrett. (5 min.) d. Request to be on the agenda: Kellie Burtenshaw regarding pickleball courts. (20 min.)Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Bolduc. e. Discussion of potential joint retention basin project with Lindquist Mortuary. (15 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Maughan. f. Planning items: 1. Proposed rezone and preliminary plat for Shoreline Subdivision project, located at approximately 2400 W. Gordon Avenue. (30 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Peterson. 2. Final Plat for The Fields Subdivision, Phases One and Two, located at approximately 2700 W. Gentile Street. (5 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Savage. 3. Proposed amendments to Home Occupation Parking Standards. (5 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Bingham. 4. Proposed amendments to height requirements for accessory structures. (5 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Bolduc. 5. Continued review of General Plan/Vision 2050 Recommendation from Planning Commission. (15 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Maughan. 6. Proposed creation of Mixed-Use zone. (30 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Peterson. 7. Discuss approach to developing Economic Development Strategy. (15 min.) Discussion of request from Still Water Lake Estates HOA re: surplus of Still Water Drive and Lakeview Way and transfer to HOA. (10 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Maughan. j. Fire Department Biennial Review. (45 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Peterson. k. Introduce policy manual amendments for first read. (5 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Savage. l. Discussion regarding public safety at community events (requested by Councilmember Savage). (10 min.) Council discussion, if necessary, will commence with Councilmember Bingham. m. Discuss policy re: Councilmembers attending training opportunities. (10 min.)
