- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider a request from Ron Hilton to rezone his property located at 2394 Murray Holladay Rd. from R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential, 10,000 min. bldg. lot size) to R-2-10 (Two-Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft. min. lot size). The purpose of the second hearing is to consider an amendment to the Land Use & Development Regulations of the City of Holladay. The amendment proposes to create new land use regulation, 13.66 'Holladay Crossroads' designated for implementation of redevelopment goals as envisioned by the Holladay Crossroad Small Area Master Plan. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117.
