NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Canvass 2019 Primary Election 4) Discuss Upcoming Conferences and Possible Attendance; Rural Economic Summit Sept. 2-3, 2019, Cedar City and ULCT, Sept. 11-13, 2019, SLC 5) Proposed Approval of Pedestrian Street Light Expenditure on Main Street ~ Mayor Nay 6) Proposed Approval to Move Forward with Phase I of the Sewer Project ~ Councilmember Andersen 7) Review of Existing Sidewalks with Prioritize of Sidewalks that need Maintenance/Replacement with Proposed Approval ~ Mayor Nay 8) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Creation of a Gunnison Trails Steering Committee with Guidelines and Proposed Approval of Guidelines Provided by the National Parks Service, Brandon Stocksdale ~ Mayor Nay 9) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, July 17, 2019 10) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 11) Open and Public Meetings Act Training, ULCT Webinar, David Church 12) Future Items 13) Closed Session 14) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
