- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday August 16th, 2019 at approx. 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer: Erich Telford is requesting to enlarge a non-complying structure on his property at 2860 E 3220 S.
