PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Laketown Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Laketown Town Office located at 10 North 200 East Laketown, Utah. Agenda - Roll Call - Approval of Agenda - Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes - Planning & Zoning Updates - Rodeo & Arena Updates - Roads & Streets Updates - Water Updates o Update on water system upgrade process o Sunrise Engineering, report on water system upgrade bids and their follow up and procuring the bond - Park & Recreation Updates - Other Items of Business o Joey Stocking and Mike Weibel, Bear Lake Responds, an organization to help when first responders are overwhelmed or need support. - Bear Lake Regional Commission Report - Ordinance Updates - Updates from Clerk's Office - Action Items from Previous Meeting - Approval of Bills - Adjournment - Executive Session (if needed) NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205 Posted this 1st day of August, 2019 On the Utah Public Notice Website, on laketownutah.com, in Laketown inside and outside of the Laketown post office and at Dee's Service Station In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this public hearing should notify the Laketown Town Office at (435) 946-9000, 10 North 200 East, Laketown, Utah, on Monday through Wednesday at least 3 working days prior to the public hearing.
