DISCUSSION ON THIS EVENING'S REGULAR MEETING AGENDA ITEMS a) Invocation - Councilmember Nelson b) Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Creer c) Consent Agenda 1. Approval of minutes for the July 02, 2019 Work Session and Regular meetings and the July 09, 2019 Work Session meeting. 3. MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS 5. CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by UCA 52-4-205. 6.
