Description/Agenda: NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The Town of Manila will hold a public hearing on August 8th, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as feasible at the Manila Town Offices located at 145 East Highway 43, Manila, Utah. The public hearing will be held to receive public comments/input in regards to an ordinance adopting an impact fee facilities plan, an impact fee analysis, and an impact fee ordinance providing for the calculation, collection, appeal, and accounting of impact fees for water and sewer infrastructure and capital projects, and related matters. Copies of the proposed impact fee facilities plan, impact fee analysis, and impact fee ordinance are available for review at the Manila Town Offices.
