PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a special meeting at the Milford City Office, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purpose and at the time described below on Monday July 29, 2019 at 8:00 AM. SPECIAL SESSION - 8:00 AM 1) Approval of Franchise Agreement with South Central Communications. 2) Resolution 13-2019 'Consideration for and adoption of Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds and a Bond Anticipation Note of the City of Milford and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project.' Adjournment Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Dated this 26th day of July, 2019
