Description/Agenda: Emery County Building & Zoning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING B.A. JONES SUBDIVISION The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 2, 2019 at 9:00 am in the Box Room, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on a proposed 1 lot minor subdivision located near 385 S 0900 W Cleveland, UT . The subdivision application was received from Amber Jones. The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County: Legal Description and Map attached. Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for the subdivision.
