INVITATION TO BID
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Highland and Murray-Holladay Sidewalk Project, will be received by the City of Holladay located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT until 2:00 P.M. on August 2, 2019 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Contractors are invited to submit bids on:
- Sidewalks
- Curb & gutter
- Retaining walls
- Fencing
- Driveways
- ADA ramps
The work will be Substantially Complete by: October 31, 2019

The City of Holladay reserves the right: to reject any and all Bids; to waive minor informalities in the Bid Schedule and elsewhere so long as the informalities do not affect the Contract Documents or render the bid non-compliant with Laws and Regulation pertaining to bidding requirements; to negotiate and agree to contract terms with the successful Bidder; and to disregard non-conform-ing, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
