Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Presentation: 1. Stephanie & Dave Allred-July 4th Celebration 2. RRCI-Jill Hattan C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Minutes: June 19, 2019 regular meeting 3. Review Checks and Invoices: $746,352.27 D. Committee Reports: Fire District, Sewer District, Planning Commission, Water Board E. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than 3 minutes. F. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Proclamation 2019-02; a proclamation encouraging fire restrictions. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve a Prosecution Services Agreement with James R. Weeks. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Dumpster Days. 4.
