- IVINS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA July 16, 2019 435-628-0606 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a meeting in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 commencing at 5:30 P.M. Note: The order of items discussed on this Agenda is subject to change. 1) WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Flag Salute C. Invocation D. Disclosures 2) REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS --None 3) BUSINESS LICENSES -None 4) PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS-None 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS- A. Discuss and consider approval of the Village at Movara Final Plat, located at approximately 290 Fitness Way. Movara Fitness Resort-Owner. Cameron Kelsch-Applicant. B. Discuss and consider approval of Taviawk 11-S Final Plat, located at approximately 769 West Shinava Court, Ivins. Kayenta Development-Owner. Lance Anderson-Applicant. C. Discuss Ordinance 2019-07Amending the Requirements for Roof Variations. D. Discuss Ordinance 2019-08 Amending Density Allowances for Multi-Family. E. Discuss and consider approval of the Ivins City Planning Commission minutes for June 4th 2019 and June 18th 2019. 6) REPORTS A. Planning Commission B. Chairman C. Building and Zoning Administrator, Mike Rodriguez D. City Attorney, Dale Coulam E.
