Notice of Public Meeting Agenda For the Planning Commission Of the Town of Genola July 10, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. The public meeting will begin at 6:30 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Remarks b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commission's attention - 5 minute per speaker allotment. Discussion and possible action regarding a Final Mylar for the J. McMullin Subdivision Plat A and amendment of lot 3 F. Mecham Plat A Subdivision on property owned by William and Chris McMullin located at 545 S. 600 W. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a commercial building for Scott Whiting property is in the Ekins Park Plat C Lot 21 and located at approximately 842 S. 400 E. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a hay shed for Brett Harmon property is in the Four B Subdivision Plat A Lot 18 property is located at approximately 769 N. 470 E. The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting. If you have special needs, please contact the Town office at 801-754-5300. Please notify the Town Clerk of your needs at least 48 hours in advance. Copy of the agenda was delivered to the Mayor, and Planning Commission members. Agenda posted at the Genola Public Safety Building, Genola Town Office and on the Utah Public Website. THIS AGENDA SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE
