Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE CORNISH TOWN The CORNISH TOWN is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. -The CORNISH TOWN tax on a $190,000 residence would increase from $203.46 to $210.15 which is $6.69 per year. -The CORNISH TOWN tax on a $190,000 business would increase from $369.93 to $382.09, which is $12.16 per year. -If the proposed budget is approved, CORNISH TOWN would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 3.26% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: 8/28/2019 7:00 P.M.
