- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday July 12th, 2019 at approx. 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer: 1. Kerry and Alex Gonzales are requesting an enlargement of a non-complying structure in the R-1-8 zone at 3820 S. Birch Drive. FILE Number: LUHO 2019-013 2. Michael Thornton is requesting an enlargement of a non-complying structure in the R-1-10 zone at 2911 S. Jonetta Drive. FILE Number: LUHO 2019-014
