- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 2nd day of July 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember E. Goodey - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held June 4, 2019 2. New Business - Field Trip to Water System Springs - New Business License Application - McKenzie Christensen 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - June Warrant List - Cemetery Department - New Employee - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - August 6, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
