KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a special council meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. A Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting will be held prior to the council meeting at 6:30 p.m. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD MEETING - 6:30 PM 1. Facade Grant Awards. CITY COUNCIL MEETING - 7:00 PM The agenda shall be as follows: 1. OPENING a. Provided by Council Member Barber. 2. DECLARATION OF ANY CONFLICTS OF INTEREST 3. CONSENT ITEMS a. Award of Remaining Bid for 200 North Bridge Repair Work. b. Utility Line Clearance Tree Trimming. 4. ACTION ITEMS a. An Ordinance Amending Multiple Chapters of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, to Designate where Major Home Occupation C Businesses are Permitted and to Establish the Process by Which They Are to be Considered. b. An Ordinance Amending Chapter 17-32, 'Off-Street Parking and Loading', of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, to Allow for Wider Drive Approaches in Residential Zoning Districts. c. Fiber Optic Project Professional Services Authorization. 5. WORK ITEMS a. Fiber Optic Discussion. 6. CALL TO THE PUBLIC (3 MINUTE LIMIT, MUST SIGN UP IN PERSON) 7. COUNCIL MEMBER REPORTS 8.
