NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX On June 11, 2019, the City Council of American Fork, Utah, adopted Resolution No. 2019-06-19R, indicating its intent to annex the following described real property: Aston Annexation (830 East 50 South) BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE FRAUGHTON ADDITION, WHICH POINT IS LOCATED N89O45'24'W 399.46 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 1 EAST, SLB&M; THENCE ALONG FRAUGHTON ADDITION S00O35'09'E 205.51 FEET, THENCE N89O35'55'W 175.93 FEET, THENCE S00O13'07'W 300.29 FEET TO THE NORTH GRANITE VIEW ANNEXATION, THENCE ALONG SAID ANNEXATION N89O45'06'W 56.63 FEET TO THE RED LEAF ANNEXATION, THENCE ALONG RED LEAF ANNEXATION N00O35'57'E 505.30 FEET TO THE BRIARWOOD ADDITION, THENCE ALONG BRIARWOOD ADDITION S89O45'24'E 226.32 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. AREA OF ABOVE DESCRIBED TRACT CONTAINS 1.46 ACRES. BASIS OF BEARING IS THE NAD 27 BEARING OF N89O45'24'W ALONG THE SECTION LINE FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 24 TO THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 24. Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on August 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the proposed annexation. The City Council will act to annex the above described real property unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the annexation are filed by the owners of real property in accordance with applicable provisions of UCA 10-2-418. Copies of a map showing the location of the annexation area are available for review by the public at the City Recorders Office, 51 East Main Street, during normal business hours.
