NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 4, 2019 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the regular City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2019-9) to amend City Code Section 10-14-24-3D: The Grove Interchange Subdistrict, Permitted Uses by expanding the permitted uses to include Use ##1300 Residential Hotels and Use #6834 Art, drama and music school only within the Grove Zone and limited to the Interchange Subdistrict. (Dan Reeve Applicant) (SAM WHITE'S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD) Presenter: Director Cardenas C. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2019-10) to amend City Code Section 10-18-3: Minimum Spaces of Off-Street Parking Required by reducing the minimum number of parking stalls required for auditoriums, sports arenas and assembly halls as well as the number of minimum parking stall required for single room residential units in the Grove Zone, Interchange Subdistrict. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2019-11) to rezone approximately .9 acres from R1-8 (Single Family Residential) Zone P-O (Professional Office) Zone on property located at 1957 West 1100 North.
