- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, June 13, 2019 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to amend the General Plan Land Use Designation from High Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and the zoning from Residential (R-2) to Residential-Agricultural (RA-2) for approximately 50 acres of land located at approximately 350 East 1600 North. 2. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 4.06 acres from Agricultural-Residential (A-2) to Residential-Miner Agricultural (RA-2) located at approximately 440 W 1400 N and review of a Preliminary Plat for the Hidden Lane Estates Subdivision Plat 'A' consisting of eight lots. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
