NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA PLANNING COMMISSION MAY 28, 2019 AT 7:00 P.M. City Council Chambers 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 The Commissioners will meet for a briefing of the regular session agenda items at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting; however, no testimony will be heard and no action will be taken on the agenda items. The regular session will follow immediately after the briefing meeting. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order - Approval of the Agenda - Approval of Minutes: May 14, 2019 Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda includes items that are administrative actions where no additional discussion is needed. When approved, the recommendations in the staff reports become the action of the Commission. A call for objection or comment will be made on the consent agenda items. If there is any opposition or comment, the item will be taken off the consent agenda and put on the regular administrative session meeting agenda for discussion. If there are no objections or comments, the item(s) will pass without further consideration 1. Foxridge, LLC, seeking minor subdivision approval of the two-lot Foxridge Plaza Subdivision located in the area of 600 South Main Street in the CC-Community Commercial Zone. 2. David Simpson seeking a recommendation for final approval of the Canyon Springs, Plat B Subdivision located in the area of 700 West 900 South in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential and Westfields Overlay Zones. 3. Bach Homes seeking a recommendation for final approval of the Meadow's at Jessies Brook, Phase 2 Subdivision located in the area of 1100 West 1200 South in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential and Westfields Overlay Zones. 4. John Blatter seeking site plan approval for the East Bay Business Park a multi-unit office/warehouse project located at 2498 W 700 S in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 5. Wright Development Group seeking site plan approval of the Springville 7-Eleven to be located at 1374 N Main in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. Administrative Session 6. Foxridge, LLC, seeking preliminary and recommendation for final condominium approval for the Forxridge Condominiums located in the area of 600 South 100 West in the RMF-2 -Multi-Family Residential Zone. Legislative Session - Public Hearing 7. Continued from May 14, 2019- Todd Gubler seeking to amend Section 11-4-403 Lot Configuration, of Springville City Code amending the amount of frontage required for a two-unit dwelling in the R2 Single/Two-Family Residential Zone.
