- AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION JUNE 5, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on June 5, 2019 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on a land use map amendment located in the area of 705 East 50 South from the Residential-High Density to the Design Industrial designation 3. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment located in the area of 705 East 50 South from the R-1-9,000 Residential to the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone 4. Hearing, review and action on an amendment to Section 17.4.608-5.03 of the American Fork City Development Code regarding Transportation Network Standards in the TOD Transit Oriented Development zone 5. Hearing, review and action on a District Framework Plan for the Castlewood Project, located at 900 West 200 South in the TOD Transit Oriented Development zone 6. Other Business 7. Site Plan 8. Review and action on the minutes of the May 22, 2019 Planning Commission Regular Session 9. Adjournment John H.
