- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday May 31, 2019 at approx. 1:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer:Kyeong Min is requesting a variance for a front yard setback reduction of 10 feet to allow for the addition of an attached garage at the front of their residence located at 3838 South 2900 East.
