HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., MAY 16, 2019. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Dan Larsen, Kartchner Homes - To request Final Plat Approval for Phases 10 and 11 of Elk Mountain Planned Unit Development located at 480 South 1520 East consisting of: Phase 10 - 10 two Six-plex's; and Phase 11 - 19 single family lots. 10. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Consideration and acceptance of Phase 7 Elk Mountain Planned Unit Development. B. Consideration and appointments to the Library Board. C. Consideration and approval of library policies on issuance of library cards, and homebound book delivery. D. Tentative adoption of the 2019-2020 Operating Budgets and setting a date for a public hearing. E. Consideration and approval of the sale of a brush truck 300 gallon water tank to Cache County. F. Mayor and City Council reports. 11.
