- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday May 14, 2019 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: - Approve minutes of Board Meeting April 9, 2019. - Review Housing Assistance Report (HAP) May 2019. - Discuss fiscal year 2018-2019 budget. - Applying for 2019 HUD Set-Aside Funding - SGHA received award at NAHRO Conference - Discuss 2019-2020 budget - Sign PHA Board Resolution / Approving the Agency Budget for 2019-2020 - Open Public Meeting REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
