- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 7th day of May 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held April 16, 2019 2. New Business - Water Operator Bryan Goodsell - Water System Report/New Meter Reader - Parks Director Christina Atkinson - Park Projects - Resolution 19-03 'A Resolution Appointing Members to the Historic Preservation Commission' - Resolution 19-05 'A Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule With New Amounts For Water Impact Fees and to Add a Road Impact fee' - Ordinance 19-02 'An Ordinance Amending the Clarkston Town Code Title 10 Chapter 9; Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations, to Include Trash and Debris and Toilet Facilities for Workers' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Health Days Parade May 11, 2019 at 10:00 am - Sports - Neighborhood Watch - Chair Person Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - April Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - May 21, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
