- Municipal Election Notice Fountain Green City is looking for qualified citizens to run for three (3) City Council positions. Anyone interested may file a Declaration of Candidacy at the City Hall located at 260 West 100 North from June 3rd to June 7th, 2019. All three (3) City Council positions are four (4) year terms. In order to file for candidacy, you must be a United States citizen at time of filing, a registered voter of the City, at least 18 years of age, a resident of the City for 12 consecutive months, and cannot be a convicted felon. for questions, call Fountain Green City Hall (435) 445-3453
