AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION MAY 8, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on May 8, 2019 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Hearing, review and action on a land use map amendment from the Residential Medium Density to the General Commercial designation located at 55 East 400 North 3. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment from the R-1-7,500 Residential to the GC-1 General Commercial zone located at 55 East 400 North 4. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment from the I-1 Industrial and M-1 Marina zones to the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone located in the area of 1500 South 100 East 5. Hearing, review and action on Dixie Farms Plat G Flexible Lot PUD project located in the area of 800 South 800 West in the PR 3.0 Planned Residential zone 6. Review and action on the final plat for Mitchell Farms Plat B, located in the area of 860 West 760 North, in the R-1-12,000 Residential zone 7. Hearing, review and action on the preliminary and final plat for Stonecreek Plat C located in the area of 700 South 290 West in the PR 3.0 Planned Residential zone 8. Hearing, review and action on the Olive Tree Enterprises District Framework Plan located in the area of 350 South 1000 West 9. Review and action on a final plat for AF Med Properties Plat B located in the area of 200 North 1150 West in the PO-1 Professional Office and R-1-15,000 Residential zones 10. Hearing, review and action on an amended site plan for AF Med Properties located in the area of 200 North 1150 West in the PO-1 Professional Office zone 11. Hearing, review and action on various amendments to Section 17.4 of the American Fork City Municipal Code relating to rear setbacks 12. Hearing, review and action on amendments to Section 17.8.403 - Water Mains of the American Fork City Municipal Code 13. Hearing, review and action on various amendments to Section 15.01 - Detailed Drawings of the American Fork City Municipal Code 14.
