- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Item 1 JZW Architects request Project Plan Approval for the final phase of Arbors on the Avenue, located at 5072 North University Avenue in the PRO-A10 Zone. Riverbottoms Neighborhood. Brian Maxfield, 801-852-6429 16-0022PPA Item 2 Bruce Cameron requests Project Plan approval for an office building to be located at 3765 N University Ave in a Professional Office (PO) Zone. Riverbottoms neighborhood. Brian Maxfield (801) 852-6429 PLPPA20190103 Preceding the public hearing, a lunch will be provided to Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
