- HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., APRIL 18, 2019. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Dave Evans, Utah State University Landscape and Architectural Dept. - To present a Master Plan for the development of the Hyrum Blacksmith Fork Park. B. Amberlee Burrows, The Family Place - To present and request approval of a Proclamation declaring May 12 through June 16, 2019 as Hyrum City Family Month. C. Jackie Coombs, UAMPS - To discuss the Carbon Free Power Project. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND AN ORDINANCE: A. Resolution 19-04 - A resolution declaring the Wastewater Treatment and Processing Equipment purchase from Anticline (NGL Water Solutions) in Wyoming Oil Fields as surplus and ordering the reversal of sale back to Anticline (NGL Water Solutions). B. Resolution 19-07 - A resolution approving an increase in Hyrum City's Entitlement Share under the Carbon Free Power Project Power Sales Contract. C. Ordinance 19-05 - An ordinance amending the Zoning Map of Hyrum City, Utah by rezoning property located at approximately 250 North 100 East from Residential Agricultural R-A to Light Manufacturing M-1. 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Consideration and award of bid for flooring the Hyrum Senior Center. B. Consideration and award of bid for sidewalks on Center Street between 300 and 400 South; and 300 West between 300 and 400 North. C. Consideration and award of bid for maintenance of City lawns and landscaping. D. Budget report. E. Mayor and City Council reports. 12.
