- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 16th day of April 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember R. Thompson - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held April 2, 2019 2. New Business - The Family Place - Child Abuse Prevention Month and Kindness Campaign - LeRoy Goodey - Historic Preservation Commission Projects - HB 272 Nominating Conventions - May 14, 2019 at 7:00 pm 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Review of Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Position - Fire Department - Road Classification Update - Ball Diamond Sign Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Easter Egg Hunt - Parades - Smithfield May 11th Richmond - May 18th - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department - Town Clean-Up Day Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - Cemetery Sexton Job - LUDMA - Clarification of Fees Charged for Water Meter Installation 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - May 7, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
