- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA April 11, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on April 11, 2019, in the Town Council Chambers at Newton Town Hall located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah. MEETING AGENDA 1. Opening Ceremony 2. Approval of March 2019 minutes 3. Dog Kennel Conditional Use Permit Approval a. Clark Rigby, 3 dogs, 75 East Main b. Kurt & Debbie Rashall, 3 dogs, 195 North 100 East 4. Adjournment Following the Newton Planning Commission meeting at approximately 7:30 p.m. a workshop will be held with the Newton Town Council to review the Newton General Plan.
