- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and Town Council meeting on Thursday, April 11, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order) Public Hearing 6:00 p.m. Public Hearing to discuss submitting an application to the Rural Development for funding of the culinary water improvements.
