Planning Commission AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Planning Commission will hold a Business Meeting on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 6:30 PM, in the 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah 84020. The Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. Business Meeting 1. Public Hearing: Master Transportation Plan On the request of Draper City, for review of the Master Transportation Plan 2019 update. This plan encompasses the entire city and is an element of the General Plan. Staff Report by Todd Hammond, todd.hammond@draper.ut.us, 801-576-6336. 2. Public Hearing: Mellco Industries CUP and Site Plan A request by James Mellor for approval of a conditional use permit for the use Construction Sales and Service, and approval of a commercial site plan that will include a 16,288 square foot building. Public Hearing: 136 Center Building #3 Commercial Site Plan Request A request for site plan approval by Ryan Simmons of The Boyer Company for a the construction of a new office building. The site is located at approximately 13697 S. 200 West in the CSD-136C (Commercial Special District 136 Center) zoning district. Public Hearing: Ferran Zone Change A request by Troy Ferran to rezone 0.98 acre from RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 square foot lots) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial). Action Item: Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for March 14, 2019 Minutes of the Draper City Planning Commission Meeting held March 14, 2019 in the Draper City Council Chambers. 6. Adjournment Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Planning Commission regarding the transfer, issuance or denial of a conditional use permit may appeal such decision to the City Council by filing written notice of appeal stating the grounds therefore within fourteen (14) days from the date of such final determination.
