Description/Agenda: Emery County Building & Zoning Department NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KELLY MINOR SUBDIVISION The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 9:00 am in the Box Room, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on a proposed 2 lot minor subdivision located near 1235 S LAWRENCE RD (1400E). The subdivision application was received from Lindsay Kelly. The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County: Legal Description and Map attached. Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for the subdivision. Posted on April 4, 2019
