- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday April 5th, 2019 at approx. 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer during a regular meeting: Frank LeBaron is requesting an enlargement of a non-complying structure in the R-1-10 zone located at 3416 S. 2410 E.
