- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Delta City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing pertaining to the proposed General Plan. Said hearing will be to receive public commentary on proposed General Plan. The proposed General Plan is available for viewing at the Delta City Office and on the Delta City Website at delta.utah.gov. The hearing will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 in the Delta City Municipal Complex Council Chambers, located at 76 North 200 West, Delta, UT. ________________________________________ SHERRI WESTBROOK CITY RECORDER

- NOTICE: Be advised the City Council may commence a Closed Meeting, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) § 52-4-204 and § 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Further, be aware the City Council may also conduct an Electronic Meeting so that a member of the Public Body may participate, pursuant to UCA §52-4-207, (1953), as amended. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than illustrated herein to meet the needs of the City Council. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
