- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday March 22th, 2019 at approx. 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer: Johanna Salter /Riley House LLC is requesting to reconstruct a non-complying structure located at 751 E Scott Avenue.
